Last download link doesn't seem to work ( lineage-16.0-20181107-UNOFFICIAL-harpia.zip ) but previous build still seems to be availble

NOTE:
- Updated vendor security patch date.
- Move to Akianonymus' kernel and apply the sound buffer and gain improvement patches (see the previous message).
- Fixed GPS (thanks to Akianonymus).
- Fixed camera (thanks to talkster - aka Althafavly).
- Merged pie branch of common tree on 9, kept enforcing SELinux without any issues!
- Fixed webview crashes during first boot (untested).

- Rolled back to old kernel (fixes kernel panics).
This build is now more or less stable, feel free to report any issue.
This update changes a few icons, doesn`t save config of sounds and vibration...GPS a little unstable, no say indications

lineage-16.0-20181230-UNOFFICIAL-harpia Sleep causes Reboot
Just installed lineage-16.0-20181230-UNOFFICIAL-harpia from 14.1 Lineage, Used TWRP to wipe cache, delvik, data and internal Storage. I kept EXT SD card untouched.
My phone is REBOOTING every time the phone either times out (screen saver) or I press the SLEEP button. Annoying. Any suggestions? Don't want to reload all my apps because of this problem. If no quick fix, I will revert to 14.1 Nougat 7.1.2
Some more info. Loaded gapps_arm_cancro_9.0_pie.zip after loading 16.0.zip (since I read this ROM uses ARM) Every time I try to log into Wi-Fi, it "Fails to Save Network" and "Fails to Connect to Network".

I upgraded from 14.1 to this the other day, was fine for a couple of days then I also experienced the above. I also had to try a few different GAPPS packages, several of the Google apps are very glitchy, and crash frequently. I ended up having to install the most basic GAPPS version and installing the rest of my desired Google apps from the store. Going back to 14.1 until next update
that's why you don't trust an 'update' to a rom posted by some random user. the last actual update to this rom is november 7, posted by @@ki. any other roms posted aren't his work, and may (and obviously, in this case, does) cause massive issues. the obvious answer here is to not just install any rom you see just because the poster says it's updated.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 9 (Pie), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

Instructions :
- Download the latest build and gapps
- Boot to recovery
- Flash the latest build
- Boot to recovery again
- Flash gapps
- Reboot
- Builds :
- Expect builds to be published per-post.
- DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
- Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
- If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
- If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log

Don't worry, I'll provide a new build ASAP, it's just that I'm quite busy with some school projects.8
For sure, I still didn't take a look at the new source, if it only supports x64 builds, there's gonna be a lot of work, but I'll do my best!
