I installed the lineage via sideload but how long does it take before it leaves? how long does the initial boot last?

Thanks for This rom it is awesome. I managed to install it using lineage recovery.
So extract the boot.img from the payload and flash it.
then you can reboot to recovery in this case it will be lineage and select the option to update from adb.
then run adb sideload rom.zip
After it is flashed successfully reboot to bootloader and run
fastboot -w
this is to wipe data.
After that you can run fastboot reboot and you will end up at the lineageos setup
btw to root you will need to use the patched boot method.

You need wipe first, than restart your phone

If u want to flash through TWRP by Mauronofrio "temporanely you can manually edit the metadata file in the META-INF ROM and overwriting "pre-device=I001D" with "pre-device=WW_I001D".. Wipe data/internal after flash success, or it get bootloop.

If u want to flash through other ways (lineage recovery), search in YouTube "how to flash lineage OS on Rog 2" there is a tutorial by terminal.heat.sink.

Yes, if u want back to stock, you can flash via fastboot metode too.

Led not working too, NFC i don't use very often, but i think it's working.

Here what you need to do:

1. Make sure you have unlocked BL
2. In fastboot, run

fastboot flash boot boot.img

3. Reboot to recovery
4.Factory reset data
5. Run ADB sideload command from LOS recovery
6. Sideload ROM file and reboot (GAPPS is included)

Major BUG: There is no audio of the person on other side
