This ROM is working flawless for me. I had a couple of incoming calls where I did not hear anything, but I don't think it was due to the ROM.

The battery life is superb.

I'm glad to hear it's working well for you, though I'm surprised that it's listing the security patch level as Jan2019. Gerrit shows some security patches merged in on the 29th, so I've built a new May 1st build. If you are concerned, maybe try that build and let me know if it updates the security level.

Can someone give me instructions for the Droid Ultra (XT1080)

1. How to unlock the bootloader
2. How to root

Once I know how to to do these things I can use ADB to flash the rom onto it.

Can someone give me instructions for the Droid Ultra (XT1080)

If your software version (Settings > About phone) is:

• 4.4.3 or lower -> Unlock with the Sunshine app (available at http://theroot.ninja). The app will confirm if you can unlock for free; completing the unlock costs USD $25.
• Higher than 4.4.3 -> No public exploit known. The bootloader can not be unlocked.

You may be able to obtain root access on higher versions, but without unlocking the bootloader, you can not disable write protection of the system partition, so any changes you make will be lost when the phone reboots.
