Anyone having Bluetooth issues? My issues are persisting. When I'm connected to my sync in my car, it plays media fine but does stop for about 2 seconds when you lock the screen. Also, if I try to make a phone call it only goes through the phone. If media is playing and I try to make a call, it locks up my phone. I think it's a bug, but would appreciate if someone could report their Bluetooth usage. Unfortunately if I can't sort this I'm going to have to go back to stock. Just wondering if it's my car's sync that it is not compatible with first.

Edit: this is the exact problem I am seeing

.... From that day onwards, the speakerphone just worked flawlessly. I again dirty flashed the latest LED rom on my droid mini and so far it works without any issues. May be you should duplicate the steps above and try it out. Flash light issue is still a work in progress as reported by OP and is reportedly resolved using 3rd party app.
So screen on/off when receiving the call flipflops the behavior. This is with a complete wipe+erase and flashing CM13. Hope this might help @notz76 fix it.
This sound problem seems to be affecting many phones - including Nexus series.
See this link.
There is a hint that the modem/ radio could be causing this issue when you upgrade to CM 12/ 13.
@monsterlucifer: Since calling issues are sorted out for you, I wish to ask what is the version of the modem/ radio for your phone?

At the moment all my incoming calls need to be taken on speakerphone.

I see I am on a much older modem/ radio MSM8960PRO_BP_232.55.52.00R
@monsterlucifer You seem to be on the latest MSM8960PRO_BP_23255.132.81.01R

Now, I am trying to see if I could download just the radio from somewhere (instead of downloading the full FXZ.

I'm having speakerphone issues as well and my modem is: MSM8960PRO_BP_23255.127.76.00R which is older than @monsterlucifer

I'm interested to see if there's any element to speakerphone being affected by the modem. Please let me know what you find or if you find a radio to flash. Otherwise I might do some fishing around in the FXZ to get the latest radio. @s_u_n

I flashed the modem from MSM8960PRO_BP_23255.132.81.01R and did a quick test by placing a call to my home number.
I was able to make a conversation on speakerphone as well as ear piece. So, I think this has fixed the issue.

(XDA does not allow files bigger than 20 MB, hence I cannot upload it here)

In order to boot into fastboot mode, you need to power off your phone, wait for a few seconds and then press (power button) AND (vol - button) for 3-4 seconds and then release both.
Once you are in the menu, just connect your phone via USB cable to your PC and run the commands:
Code:
fastboot devices
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot reboot
(There will be some warning pertaining to 'variable' for a couple of commands. You can ignore those.)
When the phone starts rebooting, you may remove the USB cable.
Test the calling and see if it works.

So I tried this and it threw me into a bootloop. So I'm trying to find another radio to flash because this one isn't playing nicely.

Edit
I could not for the life of me get any of the other radios to flash without going into bootloop. I tried the the one above several times and later downloaded a 4.4.4 stock fxz and tried flashing that one. I even tried a lollipop moto x ghost radio. I tried fastboot and mfastboot and got the same results with both. I eventually had to just download 4.4 SU2-3.3 and pull the radio from the fxz. So right now I'm on MSM8960PRO_BP_2323.031.111.00R which is an older modem than I previously had but it's the only one that worked without sending me through a bootloop. I'll give it another go when I have more time to play around with radios because I really do want to get speakerphone working. I can't seem to figure out why I got stuck in bootloop when trying to flash a new modem...

This is quite weird.
Is it possible that the file you downloaded was corrupted by any chance?
Did you see any errors while flashing the files?
Are you using a USB 3.0 port? If yes, please try with USB 2.0 port.

It's been a while since I did a lot of flashing but I remember issues with some fastboot utilities and I had to find the mfastboot(have seen it called Motorola fastboot etc) utility or I had a lot of issues flashing. Hopefully you can get it figured out =)

So I've tried everything and it seems that I cant flash a newer radio than I currently have without going through a bootloop where the phone turns on to the bootloader unlocked warning and then reboots before booting into the rom. I tried every fxz I could find of stock and tried flashing every modem and fsg from each one. I even tried several kitkat and lollipop radios from ghost. I tried fastboot, mfastboot and made sure i was on usb 2.0. I even downgraded to cm12.1 to rule out if the radio flashes had anything to do with the cm13 rom. Still no fix. I'm starting to think that maybe my bootloader needs to be on a newer version and that it can't flash newer radios. I unlocked it with sunshine on 4.4 and i don't think i've updated it since. Is there anyway to check bootloader version and update it without locking the bootloader? Maybe we can compare because you were able to flash a new radio with no problem. @s_u_n

Will there be any update to actual security level (april 2016)?

And please correct charging while phone is off. Now there is no animation, just screen with Moto logo.

Really enjoying this ROM! Brought new life to an otherwise obsolete phone. Speeds are much better than KK and LP, but the phone will still choke on itself in multitask situations. Battery life is the best I've seen since the JB days. But to get there I have to use Greenify/ Amplify. Wifi battery drain is real but that's a MM thing.

What about Active display, Motorola command Centre and Touchless control? Do they work smoothly?

I've experienced some bugs out of nowhere, my phone will start buzzing as if I'm getting a call but I'm not, and then once I figure out how to stop it it reboots, sometimes twice. Is this common? Would wiping /system/ and reflashing the ROM help? Thanks :)

I have also seen more battery drain in the last few days. I think it is due to the modem/ radio update that I did.
But I am just but picking.
No crashes at all. What more do you want?
Awaiting April security updates.
@ OP: I would like to make a trivial donation to you for keeping this updated. @thebrasskicks: I am using the tool Network Signal Info. It shows bootloader info: 0x30BA.

The Motorola stuff are not in this ROM. As far as ambient display and other gesture stuff such as hand wave and twist to launch camera, it works well but not as responsive as the Moto stuff. No touchless controls.

I have noticed in the last few charging cycles battery jumps from 92-93 % to 100%.
I used Network Signal Info tool to monitor the voltage and it seems to go up from 4334 to 4342 after around 20 minutes of continuing with the charging at 100%.
This means that the 100% is not true full charging. Maybe some recalibration needed?
What is your phone's battery voltage when it is fully charged?
