Thanks for the build, still downloading. One Question: cts profile match fails in safetynet check. Is it just me?

For safetynet, it might help to revert the new fingerprint to an old one.

I wanted to make it easier to reproduce my builds so I have forked all modified repos and added them to my local manifest. This means you won't have to cherry pick anything from gerrit.

I had a lot of changes to the source that were not committed, so I forked everything and committed everything to my personal forks. The local manifest is a way to reproduce a build using my forks of all the repos used. Otherwise, you would have to figure out how to add those changes in with cherry picks.

This time is a must, nothing broken so far, except sometimes I can't reconnect to WiFi after a quite long idle time. It says "Password incorrect" for a well-known home network.

But it's the only little drawback I've been able to notice.

In the next release I will have some fixes to "World Regulatory Domain" Wi-Fi region code, maybe that will help with reconnecting. In the meantime, you could try manually selecting US Wi-Fi regional settings and see if that makes any difference.

If you already have this rom installed, then just dirty flash is fine to update.

If you set ro.build.version.security_patch=2019-07-01 in build.prop, CTS profile will pass. For more recent fingerprints, the security patch date has to match the fingerprint date.

I'm trying to refresh and update my T713, which is currently running a very old LineageOS-15.1-20180618-NIGHTLY.

After hitting the hurdle that my bootloader was too old, and (only) flashing BL_T713XXS2BSG1, I'm now stuck on the following error in twrp:

Can't install this package on top of incompatible data. Please try another package or run a factory reset
Updater process ended with ERROR: 7
Error installing zip file '/sdcard/lineage-14.1-20200314-NIGHTLY-gts28vewifi.zip'

Anyone has a clue what the problem is, and how to fix this?

When coming from stock ROM, it is necessary to format the data partition (not just wipe).

Edit: If you are coming from lineage-15.1, then just a factory reset will be fine
