Working now on Bluethoot and Radio FM, I added Volte support IMS. But i cannot test that. And, I build Other roms DotOS and RR
Can someone guide me in updating the bootloader binary to V4.

I think you only need to flash the updated firmware, follow the guide you'll find in the sammobile website in the download area.

Hello, I just read that I need bootloader version 4 or 5 to install this ROM, so do I need to update to android Pie first? Bootloader 4 or 5 are only available on the Pie firmwares.
I'm using Oreo at the moment with bootloader version 3(SM-A605GN), but I had that question in my mind.

What do you mean? Sorry I could not understand what you said.
Do I need to update to Android Pie 9 for installing Lineage OS? or I can install it while having Android Oreo?

4. Reboot Recovery
5. Install GApps arm64
6. Reboot to System
