You can try to compile without the 2 "patches lines" in the manifest, it's working for me, but you loose camera usage.
I suppose these two patched repo is not up-to-date with lineageos-ul repo.
For me, the best version is the January release, since February release and my own March build, the phone is more laggy, I don't know why....

I have updated my forks. Re-sync and try to compile
That's why i have two forks in my github. Camera will not work with original LineageOS-UL repos.
Just to clarify do I need to have still this 2 lines for fix to work or I can remove it before sync and compile?

Honestly i don’t understand what you mean) What is 2 lines? Just use roomservice.xml from the 3rd post without any additional patches

I don't use it with a SIM card, so I can't talk about that.
The only issue I have seen is in 'DevCheck' the battery charge counter shows a high negative number. But as I dirty flashed this on top of your 18.1 update I may have caused this.
My google play is certified and after editing the build.prop file from /system my phone passes a root check by root beer and can open the root blocking apps like Paypal (and banking apps).
To be clear this is without Magisk.

Known bugs:
Screen mirroring via slimport HDMI adapter doesn't work. (won’t fix)
PMF aka 802.11w doesn't supported. PMF SHOULD NOT be enforced in your wifi router! (can’t fix)
Encryption doesn’t work. FDE encryption was removed completely in Android 13! (can’t fix)
There may be a lot of other issues because these builds are experimental!
