[ROM] unOfficial MIUI ICS 2.4.6 for ST18i (Smooth and Stable)

@jutmpm, dont worry the ROM will run smooth without Supercharger when Oatnezra releases Updated version 2.4.6... as smooth as JJ Hybrid... and that too with 200mb memory free...

I have really fallen in Love with this ROM... Love it..... thanks Oatnezra for the ROM...

I can't wait. I put the ROM on just to test it out and I never went back to my old one. Sounds like I will have to save up 2 thank you's for the new release one for OatnezrA and one for you...as it sounds like you have been helping.....

The supercharger fixed most of the lagginess and was way better then Smurfing it. I hope that the keyboard and the USB connection also get fixed. Too be honest, I have a love hate relationship with MIUI....I love it until I can't find an app on the homescreens....someone really should MOD it so they are automatically alphabetized...wink, wink, nudge, nudge......anybody????

I've been using the one from iriijo since Xperia keyboard is working in his ROM.

Alright.. the link for MIUI 2.4.6 for ST18i is comin soon..

Here some of the changelog (big help from jjdoctor):
1) Lots of Sony Bloatwares and MIUI app removed which were taking unnecesssary space
2) Added Latest Google market, Youtube and Google talk with Video chat support
3) Added init.d Support (Smooth and stable)
4) Updated Adreno ICS driver
5) USB Mass Storage works

lol.. you obviously the exact opposite of me and jjdoctor. I actually prefer this keyboard than xperia, but xperia beat this one only because it has phonepad feature.

What did you mean by "still "out there""?? I assume that there are 2 connections at stats bar wifi and 3Gnetwork, am i right? how if you disable the data, and connect to wifi.

i found out where's the problem. me and my friend using this rom(and my friend using official ARC S ROM) and somehow got same mac addresses on both phones. and it cannot be modified.... i wonder why different phones have similar MAC on WiFi adapter?

Yes, there is a report that says the mac address changed when they flash this rom. I tought mac address was all about hardware.

Tried the new version (2.4.6_4.0.3)....it is awesome! It is getting to be as good as the GB versions!

Noticed a couple of issues: zram from the most recent Sirkay Kernels is not acitve on the ROM...something weird with Terminal, some commands like "free" don't work. PC companion thinks the phone is an Arc. Xperia Keyboard doesn't work, but other 3rd party keyboards work.

but im really agrre to the 1st statement. It's Really awesome, near as GB ones.
what im miss on GB miui:
- Miui Control Panel ( i know its ugly but i like it )
- CRT off Animation ( is there any way to port it to ICS? )

Overall im really satisfied.. wait i have found a bug
DSP Manager not working properly, especially when you set the eq in DSP. it will FC. DSP Manager also seem not work on MIUI music player, it done nothing not even bass booster.
but i changed miui music player to cm9

i found a bug with compass....can u repair it?MIUI rom by irijo has good performance with compass ( MIUI v4 Beta 1 )..can u mix your MIUI with irijo's ROM to repair compass?

Why cannot i change the theme of dialer, sms and notification area. Is it a theme compitability problem?
Is there any themes for MIUI v4 with an opportunity to change all of that ugly orange-white interface(notification area, sms, contacts etc) to some kind of classic ICS design?
