About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean. In the early days -- it was just a one man show on one device, the EVO 3D. Since then, many others have joined the project and it has grown exponentially.

We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours. Big or small, the focus was always on contributing to the community. That is ultimately why we do what we do. After Jelly Bean, we decided to move to a new base, OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting base because it challenged us to see what we could do with a project that had different goals in mind. We learned a lot and gained contributors in the process. With Lollipop, we moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. We grew further with experience and learned a lot more along the way.

It has been an awesome learning experience and it's still not over! We are still learning, striving to grow each day, and continuing to move forward. Lastly, we DO NOT accept, nor ask, for donations. We do not believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going comes out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc. We will never ask for a dime. All that we do ask is that you have patience, search for answers prior to posting, read, and try to enjoy the process with us!!

I'm getting a FC from the theme chooser, what gives?
This is due to restoring data/apps from Google. Go ahead and clear data and cache for theme chooser and theme provider then reboot you should be good moving forward.

I changed my LCD density and now the navbar looks weird, what gives?
This is currently an issue that we are aware of and are addressing. For now, after you've changed the density -- reset navbar layout or stay on the stock density.

Seems to be running great on my SM-T330NU! Thank you!

The only thing I noticed is that the rear facing camera is extremely dark, so you can only see an image when pointing at a bright light source, and switching to the front facing camera causes the camera to crash. Not a big deal for me though.

I'm getting stuck in boot animation.
I flashed again and wiped dalvik cache, but it's still stuck in the boot animation. How do I fix it? I really want to flash this ROM

it worked for you?

Thanks bro but, after 30 minutes waiting on DU animation logo, nothing happened. Even with "twrp-3.0.0-3", same thing happened. If anyone have a solution, will be appreciated. Thanks any way!

::crying::cyclops::crying:

Still going, just cycles, and goes and goes and goes...... :( its a lost hope for me right now.... Maybe a update to the rom may be needed

 :( :'(

It worked! Got it all set up and loving it.
Only complaint is the resolution making everything a little small and hard to read. Not sure if its adjustable somewhere and I haven't found it yet.

Otherwise an awesome Rom. Very hard to find good roms for this tablet.

    TITANIUM BACKUP STORAGE PROVIDER

    Update:
    Hello Everyone!
Yay! Google Play Store and Google Play Services now work on the Nougat build!! I need to study and finish some homework right now so I will update this post soon with detailed instructions on how to get everything up and running. I will also upload and link all the specific files I had to use to finally get it to work. @sub77 logs and anything else that'll help will be uploaded very soon. :)

Did I read something about the camera & 5ghz wireless not working properly on the DU rom?
Rear camera works fine, however, font facing camera does not work (missing drivers and just a lack of any support from Samsung). I personally don't mind since I don't use the camera anyway ( I can't stand the camera quality lol). As for the 5ghz wifi issue, I'm not entirely sure, I don't use that feature, and from what I've read it seems to be a hit and miss. If you're wondering about wifi working in general, then it works great as I've had no issues with wifi not working or randomly turning on/off, etc. Hope this helps. :)
