You need to provide a log in order for the issue to be addressed. Please also include how to reproduce the reported bug if possible.
If you need a log extracting app, try out MatLog and/or paste your log into an online text sharing site like hastebin.com.

How to get VoLTE working:
Download VOLTE MODEM (Links below).
Extract the zip.
Reboot the phone to fastboot mode.
Open the folder ( where you extracted). Press alt + shift + right click and click on open command window here.
Now type or copy paste this...

Hit Enter.
This will flash the modem files.
When it says OK disconnect the phone and reboot.
Reboot into recovery and flash the latest cm-14.1 build using twrp. (Don't forget Gapps)

Download NON VoLTE Modem from COS 12.1 Stock Firmware (Links below).
Extract the zip.
Reboot the phone to fastboot mode.
