CR is being actively developed. Way more than RR. It just takes time for them to migrate to the new version.

Oreo came out August 2017. We didn't get a ROM until the very end of December of that year. It wasn't until about April/May 2018 that it was stable and all (pretty much) the features from Nougat were restored. Even then there were still recurring issues, especially around the proximity sensor.

OMG! I was really sad I thought we lost you Gavin! Thanks for continuing supporting the device!

Hello, i've got an interesting issue.
No matter what i do, only SIM1 or SIM2 works, the another is without service. Also with some settings i can make both of them not work.
When i disable the working SIM, the other one remains without service.
I have tried both of them alone (no problem), swapping the slots, changing the preferred network types, removing PIN locks...
20190707 ROM, 8.12.27 firmware.

Edit:
I did a clean reinstall and now i'm missing gyroscope and light sensors. The worst part is i can take only vertical pictures, also watching videos is pretty bad. Still got the proximity sensor tho...

Edit 2:
So trying an Android 10 ROM (HavocOS) caused that sensors problem. In Pixel Experience ROM the sensors works well. Now i'm stuck with Android 10 which is sad, because HavocOS can't get trough my phone encryption and Pixel Experience has no settings at all.
The 2 SIM problem remained no matter the ROM, firmware, gapps combination.

I managed to do the same, I thought I was the only one who breaks stuff. Anyway flash this ROM: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=6006931924117941189
After flashing sensors work again (test in this ROM), after than you can flash any ROM you want and sensors will still work. Software is a finicky thing.

    14
    Update - 11/6 (8.8.30 firmware minimum)

    - Android r40
    - June security patch
    - Added Q lockscreen clock style

Totally forgot to post the update for May here. I didn't notice any issues with it because I made a mistake and wasn't using it. I usually do normal build > test > OC build > test, since I use the latter and then I can just keep using it. Last time I made the OC first, so I had to go OC > normal > OC, but I accidentally flashed the April build. Given the minimal changes in recent months, I didn't notice until a few days ago.
