Your warranty is now void.
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and don't point the finger at me for messing up your device
Original work done and found here : ttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2306650

READ ALL BEFORE FLASHING
- MMS/DATA Please google the best APN to use for your carrier, some of the included ones are outdated. Once you have added a new updated APN please remove the included ones
- Google Maps v7 has been patched and now works. Please update via playstore.
- Stock browser may FC from time to time. It is also not contextually aware, examples:
---- google play links go to website instead of open app
---- phone numbers don't open phone app
---- youtube links go to website and don't open app
- IF you get no network data on first boot, simply force a shut down (hold power) and turn back on, Network data should then work.
- By default Facebook Chat (Chatheads) will not work. To fix do the following :
  • 1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Find Facebook
  • 2. Enable "Show popup window"
  • 3. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Find Messenger
  • 4. Enable "Show popup window"
  • 5. Hold Home button and swipe up on both Facebook/Messenger then reopen and test.
- Hangouts will not work right away. To fix do the following.
  • 1. Clear Hangouts data in System/App
  • 2. Uninstall Google Play Services in System/App
  • 3. Open Hangouts it should ask you to install Google Play Services, hit the playstore link and install.
  • 3a. If it can't load on wifi, use network or vice versa
  • 4. After installed hold down home and swipe up on Hangouts to close it. Then reopen it.
  • 5. Should now work, if not repeat step 4 until it does.

American Install instructions:
1. Disable sim pin before you install
2. Reboot to TWRP/CWM
3. if you are coming from other rom (full wipe): format /system, /cache, /data, /preload and in advanced Dalvik-cache
4. install zip from SD-card
4a. Flash gapps from here
5. Flash LokiDoki DO NOT rely on a recovery with auto loki
6. Reboot

Well no luck with this. Booted up but nonstop system ui and NFC force closes...can't even get past the welcome screen.

Try this: After wiping, flash rom, then Loki doki. One that's done, reboot. Let it settle a few minutes. Pop back into recovery and flash Gapps. Reboot again and go through your setup procedure. Should be good now :)

Dumb question what's the APN you used?
I'm on Rogers, my apn is useless to you. Just go to Google and search 'your carrier' lte apn
Guess I'm not going to bed tonight! Thanks
Enjoy!
Once you set the APN dial *#*#4636#*#* select phone info scroll down to the bottom and change it from WCDMA to LTE/GSM auto PRL
You don't actually have to do this, you literally just need to add an updated apn

Same here
Sounds like you both just hit factory reset in your recovery and didn't actually wipe the other things the Op says to wipe.

They can flash everything in one go, I'm pretty sure they didn't wipe everything they needed to

Actually yes you do need to change it from WCDMA to LTE/GSM. Went from 10Mbs to 30Mbs down when I switched. Only problem is it doesn't stick after reboot.

I shall test myself and see if it changes anything
I was getting 18M down which is normal for me area without doing anything but an APN change and setting the bearer as LTE in the apn.

**edit - Mine is already set as LTE/GSM PRL possible because i set the Bearer as LTE in the apn. See if doing that causing it to stick after boot?

Speaking of reboots, have you guys gotten any random reboots yet? I just had one
I've only had one, it was while i was restoring 8000 sms's but nothing since.
I did notice my accounts always trying to sync with Xiaomi so i turned off all of the Xiaomi sync features and left it enabled so I wouldn't get a warning to enable it.

MIUI - Finally!

Love MIUI and am grateful you brought it over - working well so far - but a bit sluggish at times...it is early - I have only been using it for a few hours so I will give it some time - thanks for your efforts - they are appreciated.

I did notice that under Network Type - I am only given these options
3G Preferred - Only 2g and Only 3g

I don't see any other option for LTE - am I missing something?

(under status - I can see my connection is HSPA+ )

???

Switched Bearer to LTE and still reverts back to WCDMA preferred.

System Was running smooth until I used the hdr feature on the camera, now my system is running with the biggest lag ever... Even when I reset I get the same results

I'm F100 on Galaxy S4 (World Certified)

Make sure you have the latest LTE enabled APN for your carrier, I had to update my Rogers APN its likely you'll need to do the same for your carrrier.
If that still doesn't work try what @cshort0982 suggested :
Once you set the APN dial *#*#4636#*#* select phone info scroll down to the bottom and change it from WCDMA to LTE/GSM auto PRL

]Anyway to take a screen shot? I am trying to post results of WCDMA vs LTE/GSM in speed test.

Switched Bearer to LTE and still reverts back to WCDMA preferred.
Screenshot -
1. Pull down notification tray
2. Select Toggles
3. Screen shot is on the top right
-
As far as setting your bearer and it not working, I will add it to the OP after a few more people confirm it helped them.

System Was running smooth until I used the hdr feature on the camera, now my system is running with the biggest lag ever... Even when I reset I get the same results
I'll see if it happens for me, if it doesn't maybe american variants need different libs that i can update tonight.
