[ROM] UNOFFICIAL PORT | MIUI v5 - 3.7.5

Here you go....
First off thanks to bmarko for the original port....
As far as this version..its the most recent release out..
I have added two mods to it, one is new animation when changing between items. Its more of a slide effect. The second one as you can tell from the screen shoot is clock centered and signal and wifi to the left. No carrier label.
After you install the rom immediately run loki and then reboot. As always make sure you make a backup first and I always wipe everything when installing a new rom. You can try to dirty flash it and worse case you will just need to reflash clean if it doesn't work. After installing if for some reason the phone hangs at the "samsung" logo for a long period you may need to remove the battery and power back on and you should be good to go...Once it gets to the Miui logo it may take a bit to fully boot so just be patience.
Also don't forget to install Google apps..

Wow miui has only gotten better! Beautiful ROM. Only issue I see is this calendar storage error and a bit of flickering every now and then.

Search and you will find. If you have the international s4 then why not visit bmarko's post regarding his port for the international s4. You may even find your answers their. As far as posting someone else's work. I never take credit for someone else's work especially if I'm only making a small change such as this with this ROM. I can always port it from scratch like I have in the past for the S3 but why bother when we already have something that works that needs a minor tweak. I really don't have the time or interest in porting from scratch anymore.

I have an ATT galaxsy s4. I just don't understand why you would change libraries from the MIUI version your talking about. When I tried it all I had to do was change the APN. As for the posting of a ROM I wasn't asking you to. I thought u were going to post from MIUI android.

So you have an att with a gt-I9505 signature. I don't...my signature is correct. I bet if you goto goo manager it will want to change your recovery to the international version as well. Not mine. That's why we make changes. If the OP asks me not to post in his thread then I will respect that and maybe start my own.

So why is this thread no place for this? I'm trying to keep you guys updated. I can easily just keep me updated but I figured it would be nice to share.

Im having the same problem on my s4 to. Cant get past welcome screen. I have tired fixing permissions too but that didnt help.

Well no luck with this. Booted up but nonstop system ui and NFC force closes...can't even get past the welcome screen.

I still don't understand why people want a weekly port or more ports of this when you can just download the weeklies from miuiandroid as it was pointed out earlier in this thread.

For example, the latest release for jfltexx is 3.8.2, and with the 3.8.9 release already out they will throw the jfltexx ROM in there as well soon; probably within the next couple days (as it isn't one of the "major MIUI-supported devices".

With such a expiremental rom weeklies are needed for bug fixes try and see each week it's smoother
