Thanks man, there is another another ROM called Octo-n and it is 7.1.1 and its good and all with working data but it is a battery consumer.

So, people are generally happy with RR's battery life? I haven't really noticed OctOS-N being a battery hog as some others have mentioned, but I do use an extended battery.

Hey man, it seems I will need a little extra help. I have done it the way the fella said to do however I might have done it incorrectly. Maybe, if you can, give a bit more information on how to do this because I typed it exactly as the directions said and still didn't work. Maybe, I have to type it in a way or maybe in a specific place under build.prop.

I know we are chatting through the internet and you have no obligations to help but it would be greatly appreciated. Of course, I will accept any help from anyone who will give me any, I am not picky.

I have posted where I placed the script in build.prop. It is under #additional build properties.

Don't comment out the Cdma line, they actually both need to be active.

Actually, I had to restart the system and wait a bit and it is working. Thank you guys a lot, it is nice to see that humanity still hasn't entirely fell down the gutter.

Are you using Sprint? If you look you have a ";" in front of the one ending with CDMA

There seems to be a problem with receiving calls. Is there any fox for that? Its like I know they are calling me but there is no interface for me to interact sometimes. Thanks in advance.

Only issues I'm having are camera crashing. It won't switch to video....and sometimes camera freezes. Only fix ive been doing is to go to can app info and clear data and cache.....

Still getting the same error but thanks, or rather would point me to a detailed guide of installing cm on the sprint version.. tried the wizCyan s6 port and I'm getting no cell services and sometimes service drop as well

Finally got services after flashing this patch, always worked on the sprint version of the m7 so I thought maybe it will here too, here is the link http://www.internauta37.altervista.org/en/patch-fully-enable-gsm-cdma-global-phones-android for anyone having no service .. LTE might work, my carrier doesn't have LTE so .. thanks tho

I am using this rom but i have lost my signal. I have tried everything. Edited Build.prop file but no gain. Whenever i reboot, i got no cellular network. I have to manually reset network settings everytime i reboot to gain signal. I have used GSM/LTE and Global mode but issue remains. Any patch for this thing ?

Estoy usando esta rom pero he perdido mi señal. He intentado todo. Archivo Build.prop editado pero sin ganancia. Cada vez que reinicio, no tengo red celular. Tengo que restablecer manualmente la configuración de red cada vez que reinicio para obtener señal. He usado GSM/LTE y el modo Global, pero el problema persiste. ¿Algún parche para esta cosa?

good ROM but signal not working. All good is your only problem. It is the best ROM for s4 l720t
