I've ran into couple of issues among the way, but with some googling i managed to fix them, i might write a topic tomorrow.
What do i use to root the lineageos? I tried magisk but it says "update process ended with erorr 1" on two different versions. I sucsefully flashed super su 2.82 but still no root when i downloaded the app.

Just a feedbackGuys I just want to inform you that
I made the lineage build as promised but did not release it here few reasons
• Could not implement codex kernel as somework is going there
• Vendor Mismatch is still not fixed, I am working on it
• @aragon12 and @Sukrut4778 are working on Incall audio fix maybe fixed soon
• December patch is getting outdated coz lineage will soon merge January patch to it
• gcam implementation needs some more work
So I think it is better it you guys wait for January with a proper update still you guys can use this by that time

Tried Shreejoy's version
Did a clean flash
Fingerprint is working fine with a little delay
In call volume is high, caller is able to hear his voice.
Google play service stops occasionally but it doesn't affect any apps.

Did you mean [ROM][9.0.0_r21][Unofficial] LineageOS 16 for rosy(1 jan)? I kind of expected an improved 15.1...

I believe that the main function of a smartphone is still the PHONE. So yes, if the incall volume is not adjustable and the caller hears his echo the rom is useless for me. Actually I'm using RR Nougat because the only bug there is: during roaming the phone is complete useless. But usually I don't leave my country so I'm not affected by that bug.
Back to topic: a big surprise (that is what you announced) would be FOR ME, if RR or Lineage or Aex would be bug-free (Oreo or Pie isn't important, important is that everything works). Don't get me wrong: I understand that young(?) developers are interested in bleeding edge, but for me as a user the main thing is stability and full-function. But you told me some devs are working on the volume bug so I keep patient and hope they will solve it the next few days or weeks.
You are right, stable pie is great news. Still, this thread is about 15.1, so I would have expected news about 15.1... especially since you shifted your 15.1 release for the january updates.
