CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

1 - Make sure you run latest TWRP Recovery (APK from @ElDainosor or Zip/Img from @Caio99BR)
2 - Download the latest Release
3 - Download GAPPS of your preference.
4 - Place in the card
5 - Reboot to recovery
6 - Make backup of Nandroid
7 - Wipe Data/Factory Reset
8 - Install the latest Release
9 - Install GAPPS
10 - Reboot
11 - Enjoy !

No, but if you want to test do this before:
Via adb shelll:
su
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p9 of=/sdcard/boot.img
cp /proc/config.gz /sdcard/config.gz

If the boot.img have 12mb can try. And if possible post here the boot.img and config.gz.

First do this:
Via adb shell:

su
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p9 of=/sdcard/boot.img
cp /proc/config.gz /sdcard/config.gz
cp /system/build.prop /sdcard/build.prop

Then post the results here.
We'll see if it will work analyzing boot.img, defconfig and build.prop
(You need root)
Now if you try without posting the files and uncertain if it will work.
It seems like most who knows.

i tested and i thought very good, but still there are bugs a lot, but i hope that improve it fast and the rom is very fluid, i liked it.

Whoah.! i've tried the test release guys and it is really awesome, though it has bugs. But obviously guys, this is the best and first rom for Lg L3 ii. Been expecting for this. Let's support him guys.
