Too bad, it is one of the few features missing compared to miui and that make me stay on midui otherwise I will take this rom without hesitation

Thanks for the link, it's working fine! Just one more question, is there a module to change pull-down area for notifications and quick toggles? I mean like in MIUI, where u can pull notifications bar down from anywhere on the screen, not just from the top. Thankz

I think you need a launcher that support pull down gesture, i suggest use nova launcher

Hi,
I was wondering if this is a daily driver, as i would be using it until CM 13 becomes stable. Also, do i need to be on any specific MIUI to install this ROM? or do i need any specific TWRP version for flashing it?
Thanks:)

I'd say this CM is more of a daily driver than the official MIUI is.
Barely has any bugs, 100% usable.
And no, any TWRP *should* be fine, MIUI version doesn't matter, since you'll need to do a clean wipe anyways before installing. Have fun

yes, it is a daily driver. i tried it for 1 week, it was good enaugh if you like android stock experience. i changed back to miui just because it uses more battery. I got 7k extra points extra (then miui stock) with this CM on Antutu test! I flashed it viw TWRP 3.0-2 (or something like that), starting from MIUI China Stable 8.0. No problems, all goes fine. TWRP gave me just a "nvram" problem, but i think it is just a warning, because the process ended fine.

If i do need to go back to MIUI, do i just restore a backup made using TWRP? or would i have to flash a firmware?

    At finally we build with a new kernel, and finally run cm13.0...
    It was not easy, a lot of sleepless nights and a lot of strength is gone, but we did it.
    I congratulate all with this and welcome to android 6.0!
    The first alpha build cm13.0 is coming soon.

    CyanogenMod is a customized, aftermarket firmware distribution for several Android devices. Based on the Android Open Source Project, CyanogenMod is designed to increase performance and reliability over Android-based ROMs released by vendors and carriers such as Google, T-Mobile, HTC, etc. CyanogenMod also offers a variety of features & enhancements that are not currently found in these versions of Android.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
     */

    INSTRUCTIONS

    First time installing CyanogenMod 12.1 to your Redmi Note 3 or coming from another ROM:

    • Make sure you have unlocked your bootloader
    • Flash a custom recovery via SP Flashtool (any other installing methods will do, just make sure you have TWRP recovery installed)
    • Push GApps (arm64) and the CM 12.1 zip to your device
    • Boot into Recovery
    • Do all wipes (dalvik cache, cache, system, data)
    • Flash the CM 12.1 zip from SD card
    • Flash GApps for Lollipop from SD card
    • Reboot (be patient, "optimizing apps" takes a while)
    • Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
    • Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!

    DON`T WORKS:

    • 4G works only on SIM1, for SIM2 is available only 2G
    • Goodix fingerprint sensor

    So do you know what's causing the problem, and just can't fix it yet, or you have no idea at all?

    We can fix it in the kernel but we need more time...
