Is it now possible to wipe clean the original switch OS and EMMC and just install android straight on there?
Or is this option never going to be a reality?

Any way to mount vendor and system partition as RW in TWRP?
I tried built-in TWRP mount function and "mount -o rw,remount /system" command on TWRP terminal/ADB shell.
It still shows "mounted read only" when restoring TWRP backup.

Hi all. Problem with DualShock and other gamepads. When I enter RetroArch everything works, but after pressing R1 RetroArch hangs, and if you minimize/uninstall it all works until you press R1 again. In games, when logging in, everything is fine. But once you press R1, it feels like it gets stuck and keeps pressing. There is no such problem on JoyCon. Tried with different revisions of DS4 and Hori, the problem is the same when connected via OTG and via Wi-Fi and usb in the docking station. Can you tell me how to fix it?
P.S. The Switch itself and the Lakka don't have this problem.
Also ran into this with a ds4 and a brook board. ruled out usb cable and weird keymappings by grabbing/editing some key layout files with the correct vendor and product ids. A key tester app displayed that the "button_r1" keycode stays down but releases when leaving the app. A game controller test app had similiar results but started working properly once it recognized the ds4, unfortunately it only started working in that specific app and the brook board had correct mappings at least but still would not give a button up call.
Pretty glad to see someone else had the same issue, I was going nuts.

Hello.

For me, kodi is only stable when using the default skin.
Maybe try another app, like PVR Live for that? It works great for me, although I use an m3u playlist, not tvheadend.

Hello everyone.

Sorry if this question has already been discussed, I couldn't find it. I recently installed Switchroot Android 10 and tested PlayStation 2 emulation. It works well, at least with games I want to play — Phantasy Star Generations. But the problem is that the output is awful whenever I'm trying to record the screen with any recorder. Or even if I just convert any video with normal quality previously recorded via Atmosphere Retroarch, for instance.

I assume there's an issue with the internal encoder, maybe somebody encountered this issue and found the solution?

The whole video recording or converting with the quality like this:

Hello, thanks and great job, I've followed all steps in this guide and other too inside web. But I've a problem and maybe some users with more experience can help, thanks in advance for the reply, the problem is that each time that I disconnect the USB cable, with android working on switch, switch turn off. Battery is fully charged. Thanks in advance. Ah also the process to load android system is not stable, 1 on 3 work, but 2 on 3 freezing on lineage loading screen and the black screen as the switch is down. Thanks

Hi, thanks devs for the awesome project!
Has anybody tried using moonlight on the ATV version? Basically, I'm always using my switch in the docked mode to watch youtube, films, and stream games from my pc (it's capable of running games with more than 60 fps while streaming with no fps drops). But I'm seeing some stuttering every now and then (even in 1080 20mbps hevc) which is not the case on my android phone. Also, I saw other posts that moonlight works flawlessly on the android on switch. So I wonder if the issue is in the ATV version or if I'm doing something wrong. Would be glad to hear any feedback.

You have probably a touchscreen problem.
Try the touchscreen calibration tool in Hekate and send a picture from the output.
Hi i send the picture " ITO Test : Sense Open (2) , Chn : 33"

The touchscreen calibrated failed

I was able to get some logs concerning my broken Wifi. Below is a logcat of me tapping on the wifi icon in the notification dropdown. There's some errors and I hope it helps getting to the bottom of the problem.

    EDIT:

I also grabbed a dmesg which I have uploaded to my server since it's too large to attach here

Grepping for "wifi"/"wlan" yields a whole lot of errors, for example:
service "vendor.wifiloader" exited with status 255

Naturally, wifi works just fine in Horizon, just in case you suspect faulty hardware
Thanks, does it only crash after sleep?

How Can I reboot to hekate ? Thanks
    Reboot and hold vol-
For me the sleep mode is not working. Battery draining really fast. Anyone with the same problem?
    Should be fixed in OTA
Today my Lp0 didn't work. I use CPU spy to observe this. This happened after a reboot.

My switch stayed on with 100mhz all the time but screen was off.

I turned wifi and bt on and off. This helped. Afterwards my switch went into deep sleep again and stayed there as long as the screen was off.

    Maybe this helps.
    Should be fixed in OTA

Flash this in TWRP and reboot. It fixes ZL ZR button for the pro controller in bluetooth.
    5
I'm unable to connect to wifi.

    anyone get safetynet to pass?
I flashed it and gapps and tested safety net and it failed. Wasn't sure if there was something I missed

yes I did. To me a while to work out but you have to:

    1. Mans sure you have flashed magisk
    2. In the manager install busybox and magiskhidepropsconf
    3. Reboot
    4. Install termux from the App Store
    5. Open termux and type ‘su props’
    6. Option 1 then follow the instructions to change the fingerprint to nvidia shield tv pro 2019
    7. Reboot and it all works
