I can't connect the Switch to my PC via USB and I've already reinstalled like 3 times, is there something else I need to do? Every time I connect the console an error appears saying that the USB device couldn't be recognized.

Just transfer files via a network shared folder in your pc and a file browser app on the android.

I don't have a real explanation to that (maybe devs can confirm) but the streaming performance in atv are much much better than the tablet build (I'm using the tablet buld rooted and full of stuff, I didn't try a vanilla tablet build yet to compare), I'm experiencing this with xbox streaming services xcloud and streaming of my xbox one s (which are the worst optimised up to now, for info I need to stream to my Samsung note 20 ultra to get stable stream compared to my Samsung m30s) with tablet the stream drops each 30s but on the atv it's compared to my high end phone, maybe the atv build is a bare bone that's why it's much better, for devs: if you are using a different wifi driver would it possible to include it to the tablet build please.

So for those who like me want to play locally or remotely xbox streming services you should use the atv build, also another tip, when you stream from your xbox and the stream drops a lot restart the xbox and the stream will become much better (it took me ages to figure out this!).

btw the best way to test the streaming quality (and the worst game for streaming) is to play NFS heat, for me it was impossible to play it on tablet with the atv build is possible.

In any case great job lads you made my dreams come true!

It's a Chinese one (unknown brand) which is not high speed but at least it worked.

Maybe it's because mine it's usb 3.0, it's a Amazon one with a USB hub

Nevermind, i found the problem

i installed the Android TV Rom, and cant connect to Nvidia when trying to download additional game data at initial, any fix for that?

did you try to clean up usb ports with electronic contact can spray or otherwise with alcohol? (a tooth brush is also helpfull)

Yeah bro the cable is working fine as well as the MTP DRIVERS in my PC, if I'm not mistaken this Android uses MTP right? But yeah, I get "UNKNOWN USB DEVICE" once I connect it to my PC.

I'm not getting full range of the joysticks either with the joy cons or hori split pad pro. Looking at the gamepad tester app, the joysticks are giving a square output when moved in circles at full physical position.

Essentially, diagonals have full range while straight left, right, up or down truncate to full reading before reaching full physical position.

Works like a charm, but I have one problem:

I've managed to root, install Magisk, fix the SafetyNet and install an app that fakes GPS location. I've even installed Pokémon GO through a downloaded apk despite Play Store telling me my device is incompatible. It runs great, I'm able to play with fake location...

Except the GPS Joystick app insists I turn on location in the settings. It is turned on, but the app for some reason doesn't realize it. Is there any way I can fool it into launching the fake location regardless?

First thx for the tips, I confirm that magisk broke the build after some use (I tried dolby true hd and everything was a mess even when I remove it), for immersive mode I was using systemui tuner to do that + 3rd party nav bar.

Chiaki is performing well aside the d-pad not working for joycons.

for xbox streaming see my previous posts atv build is performing very well with xcloud 2007 version (newer ones are not ok) and the last Xbox game pass beta apk.

About the sleep mode I have the same issue and my workaround is to switch to atmosphere when I don't use it cause it took 2 min and 2% of battery.

Re to connecting to win when you plug it slide down and u will see on hidden notifications usb mode change it to usb transfer mode and you are good to go.

Thx for the reply, indeed I figure out that on atv build I need to force mtp on develpper mode to get it working for file transfer, some times I need to do it twice (do any mode and revert to mtp to get it working).
