Love this ROM but I have one problem that I haven't found a solution to yet. I can't get the app "preview" to work when switching apps. Just shows a black screen. I've tried wiping data, dalvik and cache, then reinstalling, still the same problem.

Sorry to say, I'm on this rom and never happened to me or other users, since there are none of hose reports here.

Could you post on what version of firmware you are?
Since you made it to boot I assume you have read the OP properly, we need a bit more info on where you started from and what you did exactly.

hello my tablet has these features: DEVICE
Model: SM-T819 (gts210veltexx)
Manufacturer: samsung
Baseband version: T819XXU1BQL5
RIL version: Samsung RIL v3.0
Build number: NRD90M.T819XXU2BQI1
Build Fingerprint: samsung / gts210veltexx / gts210velte: 7.0 / NRD90M / T819XXU2BQI1: user / release-keys
Bootloader: T819XXU2BRB2
Java VM: ART 2.1.0
SO version: Nougat (7.0)
SDK: 24
I had a wipe of the dalvik and data cache system before installing the rom. after I installed the gapps pico for arm 64. I did wipe cache and dalvik I restarted and made the root with magisk 16.00. as I told you the tablet overheated and had an excessive drainage of battery. so I made a reactor to the previous rom] [Kernel] [SM-T819] Stock Touchwiz Nougat deodexed and debloated. I do not know what happened.

Hmm strange that is quit simular to the version numbers I'm running.

Have you tried going back to a full stock Samsung rom, a recent one, should read a bit better that is quit recent, and wipe the whole device so it's as fresh as possible?

And start full fresh from there, that is what I would try first,

Latest added pda version is T819XXU2BRB2 in the updater script that works for installing.
T819XXU2BRE1 are the newest Samsung Roms available but haven't been added to the updater script of the current build that is downloadable lineage-15.1-20180616_011608-UNOFFICIAL-gts210velte

so you advise me to start from a rom ROM recharged via odin and then switch to lineageos, after installing twrp and root. but are there any recent updates or via ota?

The latest version T819XXU2BRB2 that corresponds to my version is already included in the ROM update script I downloaded. in fact I loaded the rom without problems. while for some roms it gave the error 7 in the twrp. in the last rom everything went smoothly except for overheating.

I restored from titanium backup root.
That could cause your problems.
I've had it on my OP3 and on my T819 that restoring apps from cloud or TB (TB apps was always minimal as possible) but even then there was too much drainage, even with only restoring apps no data from TB.
Since then went the long way install (when problems show up) , everything fresh by manually install from Play, setup dito... Fresh manually , everything, lots of work, but for me that payed of big ;)

Still TB is a nice list of what you had installed for checking what you miss.
But I won't stop using TB cause some backups are mandatory to have in some situations.

I think I've solved it. I did a deep cleaning, with data format and reinstalling the rom. after wipe cache and dalvik. everything seems fine
