how long is the android boot animation running? i was worried after i modified the updater-script that it did take a long time to boot. almost thought it was bootlooping but after 3-4 minutes it booted for the first time. After installing and rebooting mine seems to get stuck on the "android" text logo. Any ideas why?
Same here. After installing and rebooting mine seems to get stuck on the "android" text logo. Any ideas why?
did you do a full wipe? and if you installed the gapps you need to also wipe cache and dalvik cache before rebootAfter installing and rebooting mine seems to get stuck on the "android" text logo. Any ideas why?
I'd say it was stuck for a good 10 minutes before I tried rebooting again.how long is the android boot animation running? i was worried after i modified the updater-script that it did take a long time to boot. almost thought it was bootlooping but after 3-4 minutes it booted for the first time.
I use rogue touch recoverystarting to notice a bit of a trend. I flashed with clockwork recovery 4.0.0.4. might have something to do with different versions of recoveries.

Nope none yet sorry to say.Still no voice support for google now? (using the Google Now from post #42)
I am still outside the box on that one being you had to use rogue recovery to flash the radios for EOS ICS nightliesThis being an EOS build, it's best to use EOS recovery to flash.
Go into settings apps and then force stop, clear data and all should work except voice right nowGoogle now install seems to cause google search to crash, dalvic and cache wiped.
Calander is now SynchingI will test this out and if works add it to the modified gapps package i have posted. Works like a charm!!

Me too. Flash recovery 3.2.0.0 rc4, re boot, wipe, install eos3 without assert line, wipe data, reboot. No SD, crash setting memoryEDIT: when in settings you go to storage it crashes, thought i'd share it. I guess there are some storage issues.
I was encountering this same problem, every time I try to flash a .zip from my external SD card, rogue recovery returns with a symlink fail. To flash .zip files from the external SD card you should try using a different recovery.I flashed all but forgot to flash the Gapps jb fix 2, so i went back in my rogue recovery and tried to flash it, but the file doesn't seem to be able to be flashed from a SD card. So instead i flashed a JB gapps without the fixes that was on my internal storage. Could be just a corrupt zip or could be something different, hope you can do something with this information.

Rom in general does seem to work kinda, looking forward to the official EOS release! (and later cm10 etc)
