I like this ROM. But can you tell me how to install the FM Radio in this ROM coz I cannot Install it by myself. I used the stock fm radio apk from megatron.

Just put the apk via Rootexplorer in system/app/ and reboot. This should work, but I'm not sure.

No, it didn't. I have also tried to follow void's procedure to where it provides a flashable zip but it didn't worked also. I need the FM radio cause that's one of the reason why i bought this phone . Also, if possible, can someone post te flashable theme of this ROM? Thanks in advance.

Hi Dom, I'm currently using your rom.. Battery life is good.. but I thought you already included the OC Kernel? SetCPU won't work on my LG Optimus One. Can I use GNM OC BETA with your rom?

Put the apk on your sdcard's root directory.

su
mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
cp /sdcard/FmRadio.apk /system/app/FmRadio.apk

Haven't used Root Explorer yet, but I think it "forgot" to mount system with read and write perms.

I don't know about void, but this is how I install stuff with Light ROM.

Actually it should be there, else just flash this Kernel, this should work. Thats the Kernel I'm using in my rom.

Hi Dom, last question before I flash the custom kernel, does overclocking drains the battery faster? (ex. max: 806/min: 245)...

My OO is clocked to max. 729 / min 320 and I can't see any difference to original fw.

I am a noobie and I am trying to learn how to change the rom on my LG Optimus T. I just got it a few weeks ago and I have a friend that upped his droid x from 2.1 to 2.2 and really wanted to do the same so I have looked everywhere and I found this so I have downloaded the optimusxrom and did the first step but am really confused on step 2,3 and 4 can someone help me or something I have read this forum and it is the best one out there so far. I am really wanting to learn how.

Strange, but on this ROM after install I am getting just 400+ on Quadrant, although it is said that it has HW acceleration enabled. For comparison I had 1000+ with Prime v2, which says HW acceleration is enabled too I didn't tweak anything on both roms, simply flashed from zip... Do I need to do smth on optimusXrom to have HW accel. really enabled?

You don't need it. It only gives a fake score while running Quadrant test. You will not be able to play videos smooth after activating it.
