Still using this as my DD, and no there hasn't been a resolution. I've been having this issue long enough to report thatSorry to necro, but I was fixing up my Dinc for my sister since dropped her Droid3 on the highway at speed and it couldn't handle the pressure, really liked this and tossed it on there. However, she ran into the same 3G drops that a few others have. Was there any progress on that, might there be? I've got some other options if not, but I would love to be able to leave this there, it is so smooth and nice... Almost smoother than my Rezound at times

-it has nothing to do with wifi. It will happen if the phone is running for a long enough time, whether or not you've used wifi since the last reboot.
-There doesn't seem to be a consistent amount of time before it happens. Sometimes it will go for over a day just fine, sometimes its hours.
-I think some process is hanging or something. I've noticed that restarting after the 3G issue happens, the phone takes a VERY long time to shutdown and restart compared to restarts without 3g having dropped.
-Airplane mode will not work after 3G has dropped, after clicking it, it will be greyed out but will not actually turn the radio off.
-Calling seems to be unaffected
