i did update to the latest without factory reset BUT i got the video recording issue again... so again i need to do a factory reset.

* Connect the Phone to the PC in Fastboot Mode - Using the Black Type-C Port on the Side of the Device (Not the Charging port on the bottom)

Hi, i just flash WW ROM from this thread [GUIDE] [RAW Firmware] [RE-LOCK] Convert CN to->WW or WW to->CN Rom (28/08), i notice there's a new firmware release from asus official website here: Version WW-16.0631.1908.12
2019/10/02 , do i need to format my device again? and how do i applied the manual update?
