I have the original one, and I want to install this one, but I cannot.

I don't have the recovery to do it.

Is there any way to install it?

Best regards.

Hello, thanks for the rom!

I usually use GSM for internet access to save battery, and when I need to use internet, I switch from GSM to WCDMA using 2g-3g. In the other roms I have tried, this change was inmediate, but in this rom it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to be able to use internet. Is this happening to anyone else? is it because the new radio?? can i go back to an older radio?

Thanks!

Hi!

I'm new to HTC Legend (had HTC Magic before) and need some clarification. I have bootloader 0.43.000001 and rom 1.23.405.1. If I root via MoDaCo and so end up with rom 1.3 and then upgrade with this RUU_Legend_HTC_WWE_2.03.405.3_Radio_47.39.35.09_7. 08.35.21_release_130330_signed, will any of this update my bootloader?

Or, does it even matter for the future 'rootability' of 2.1 updates/Froyo etc.?

If you phone is rooted, you can simply install ROM Manager from market, it's very straight forward to use. Search this forum about HTC Legend rooting if needed.

anyone having bluetooth problem?
At least not me. Using this ROM since monday and so far everything works as expected. BTW, i'm using the first version, without Apps2SD.

Just get your phone rooted (search this forum on "how-to"), then flash any rooted ROM and later you will be able to update/downgrade* your phone as you wish. Just do not use any official ROMs without ROOT!

* For downgrading read this.

Actually, I still have one more question, is it possible to go back to exactly the same state as before the rooting - bootloader 0.43.000001, rom 1.23.405.1, radio 47.26.35.04U_7.05.35.26L?

I don't think so. You must have rooted phone to use Nandroid Backup or something similar. There is a app called My Backup Pro on the market, but it would backup your SMS, MMS, Alarms, Calendar and etc., but i won't backup your exact system state.
Why would you want to go back to previous state? If you're worried about warranty then you can simply download an official RUU from here and flash it ;)
PS. sorry for my broken English.

Yes, this is why I would want to go back to 1.23.405.1 and I'm not sure if you can downgrade from 2.03.405.3 to 1.23.405.1 (even with the official RUU).

But then again, it probably is possible to apply official 2.03.405.3 to a this rooted 2.03.405.3 and one should be in the clear regarding warranty claims etc.

Thank you!
