[UPDATE] No need to flash the boot.img, works without it.This also works on att. Confirmed by atrix2man

Finally found out how to use this.

You need to be on ICS 4.04 to use this

Here is the updated version of AOKP. http://bbs.angeeks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2515293

HOW TO INSTALL

Download rom and ASIA-PACIFIC repalcement.rar

Extract aokp_news and place it in SD card/clockworkmod/backup

Extract ASIA-PACIFIC REPLACEMENT.rar

Now open cmd in ASIA-PACIFIC replacement folder by holding right shift + right mouse button--> open cmd here

NOW, Boot in Fastboot

Now type this command:

fastboot flash boot boot.img

After completion click on Root.bat placed in ASIA-PACIFIC Replacement folder

NOW its time to restore the rom

Flash to custom recovery

1.wipe data/factory reset
2.wipe cache partition
3 backup and restore 确定
4 restore
5 AOKP_news
8.YES，
9 Flash Gapps

REBOOT System

Tada, we have aokp 4.1.2 :good:

BUGS
-multiple reboot at Moto logo
-screen rotation/screenshot size issue
-FC on camera
-FInding more bugs

It seems we must flash wipe data and then flash the zip as usual. And then we have to modify the boot.img (i think), to make the signal works.
I dont know what about the bugs. The download didn't finished yet.

We can't install other kernel. We need to unlock the bootloader, and we can't yet.

Yes, but i don't know when we have to replace the boot.img. After or before the installation.
Did you said that it didn't worked, right? Just a black screen, right?

You are sure? If think if it's ics based, the camera shouldn't work. Because that happens with all the ICS roms. Also, in the original thread doesn't say so. But i can't understand anything what he says.
