rom upgrade

Hi,
is there a 5.1 rom for the mcu 5.3.18-7-10-650201-160220?
or how can i upgrade to min 4.4.4?
i have now 4.4.2 Navi IQ and i'm experience problem with the rom.
the biggest problem i have is that the steeringwheel controls not always work like they should.
