Hi,

I used misc HTC devices until 2 years ago, like to play with ROMs. I am now returning to HTC, with the HTC Trinity which suppose to arrive to me next week.

In the past, there was a major risk, with playing with ROM's - that your device will turn into a brick.

Does this risk still exists in the Trinity? If yes, For how many did it happened? Can this situation can be reversed, without sending the device to that manufacturer labs?

Thanks for your comments.
Amir.

Oops.. OK

I somehow missed it.

BTW.. speaking of reading the sticky... it seems you didn't read truthfully either. There is a quote in Olipro's signature saying "There are no stupid questions, just offensive answers...." so...

Thanks anyway.

If you search through the Trinity Upgrading etc.. thread you'll find plenty of threads telling you how to avoid bricking your device, mainly seemed to be problems with the SSPL. If you look at any of the threads around mUn or LVSW ROMS you'll see that thats been sorted out with a new version of the ROMUpgrader tool that pushes the needed programs to your trinity to minimise the potential of bricking

The response was actually meant as a joke, responding to the other stupid question line.
It's a quote from South Park....
Think it was Mr Garrison saying it to Eric Cartman.
