Then how come you get 3-4 hours screen-on along side a 19-24 hours battery life?!
Was your screen on while phone is idle and auto screen-off set to unlimited?! :D
It is sorta unbelievable...! Or maybe I have f*cked up my battery that I see yours unbelievable, :D

You can tell us your rom/kernel configuration?
All default settings. I really don't get why it is so surprising  :p I used to get 2.5-3 hours screen on time and around 20 hours battery life with stock vodafone uk rom as well.

Actually I find those stats fairly consistent with my usage stats (I posted screenshots a while back). I can get 20+ hours with between 3-5 hours screen on time depending on how I use the phone.

There's no real secret to how to get good battery life, as I've said in the past its less about the ROM and more about 2 other factors; the kernel and how you use your device. The kernels that currently give me the best battery life are bricked and jmb but that is specific to my phone, you might have rubbish battery life with those kernels, I don't know... Obviously if you spend a large amount of time playing CPU and GPU intensive games & running benchmarks (which I don't believe in) etc, your battery life would be considerably less than if you use it for less intensive tasks. Just experiment until you find the settings that are right for you :)

Well, i play a lotta games, and i do notice that this ROM lasts much more, and I do not know why you believe it less depends on the ROM...
With WILD use I get about 10 hours and around 3 hours screen-on, which I never got... I appreciate your work, @Jonny.

When I started using custom roms I always installed Sebastian's kernel and got quite bad battery life. Then I tried darksense and actually jonny mentioned how good bricked kernel can be with his device. So I decided to give it a try but I found it quite laggy after a while. I went back to Sebastian's kernel to give it another shot with this rom and since then I'm using it with very good results. ;)

Hello ! First of all, thanks for this nice ROM. I used to have Vipers 1.6.3, but this one really rocks. Just 1 question. When i go to Darksense shop, there is no icon pack available. Is it normal ?

One question, can I get this battery percentage mod on another ROM like Inspiration by substituting the frameworks? Inspiration's battery font is really ugly in my opinion.

I'll check that later today - need my pc for that, not reading logcats on phone, too much effort :p

I don't think it's to do with the OTA though, 1.3.7 ota replaces files that should not affect this, framework.jar for volume mod, build.prop and a few bins and xbin files. I'll let you know more once I've read the log :)
