i get md5 sum mismatch error while installing this rom? Am i doing something wrong?

But it did not work. I tried both version 1 and 2 of this ROM, even downgraded CWM but it did not work. It shows md5 mismatch error.

You can also check those md5's on your Windows with ea QuickPar, and you can see that they are o.k. So I'm not sure what are you doing wrong here. In my case I've done the following steps to make it work on mine defy+:Thanks a lot for pointing this out.

1. Extract PVL-StockPlus-v2 (or v1)
2. Copy this (extracted) folder PVL-StockPlus-v2 to /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup on your phone
in CWM (Backup (all) to make a nandroid backup of your current ROM in case things go wrong)
3. "Wipe data/factory reset" and "Wipe cache partition" (in "Advanced" you can also Wipe Dalvik Cache so you're sure you completly clean
)4. choose "Backup and restore", and then in "Restore (system & data)" goto folder "PVL-StockPlus-v2" and hit "Yes - Restore"
