Hello,

I'm trying to install this ROM for the first time and I too can not get past boot animation. I've let tablet run or 20 minutes and still nothing. I've also tried flashing first and rebooting and waiting for Gapps, but still nothing. Any ideas why this is?

UPDATE: Went back and downloaded an older Nightly and flashed it and that worked fine.

sorry guys i just re-downloaded and dirty flashed again and had no issues, booted right up. the only thing i can suggest is backing up the boot partition of the last nightly that worked for you. and after you re-flash the latest nightly, restore the boot partition that you backed up.

new build will be up sometime tomorrow my schedules picked up so i'll be switching to Weekly updates.

I cant root with supersu on the new rootless and now when i try to downgrade back to the 630 version it wont let me root with supersu. I flashed lineage su but is there a way to fix this?

i usually just delete the app from /system/app/TimeService
I've never had any issues come from deleting the app.

mine is MM 10c, rooted with TWRP. Can I just update TWRP and flash this ROM + gapp ? or do I have to flash it to 7.0, new modem, etc. ? TIA

I started with lineage and in order to flash it i had to update to 7.0 and root with dirty cow. It wouldnt boot on the MM bootloader. After i did that i was able to flash lineage no problem and eventually this rom.

I tried to flash the latest update and it just hangs in twrp. No problem with the 710 build though. I have adoptable storage set up and flash from /data/ Never had a problem before

I had to reinstall it but now the brightness is stuck on low all the displays settings have no effect!

Never mind after a factory wipe everything came back as before probably a bad apk did that.

Well this issue was related to adaptive brightness still cannot find the settings to turn it off or on except with a widgets from the play store
Beside this I got randomly the screen turning black and unresponsive, the only way to revive it was to use power and volume down!

I could try when i have some free time.
I would need the proprietary files and I wouldn't be able to test that it boots/works properly.

Ive seen that...

Ive seen that but mine is NOT the v500... it's the vk810... or did you make it from the source for both??? Vk810 is a different MoBo chipset manufactureras well as having WAN (cell phone) 4g-lte radio... thanks for the prompt response... i wont try any rom out till my service plan ends but would loveto try it out nonetheless... also... im running stock 4.2 rooted with twrp version 2.0.7.x, atleast i think thats what twrp it was... oh it was flashed with Loki
