Yes, I found out it is framework-res.apk... I will provide it separately as flashable zip
EDIT: There are many people who don't post on xda...and use nightlyfoure...

Have u edited your framework-res.apk.
Sometimes statusbar disappear when u do this.so it will be good u flash framework zip after first boot
