solved the error Unfortunately,Gallary has stopped
Download the bellow factory image from google
>>>>JRO03E Android 4.1.1 Factory Image<<<<
Before installing the image wipe all of your phone data including cash and usb data
after installing the new factory image then go to camera>camera settings>at right side option select restore defaults.

Why not just clear cache in recovery. Then clear data for gallery and camera app?
