Ok for me. Guess some people want to choose. Perhaps, for future reference, look into creating an update.zip that installs either vanilla or nexus depending on which one is included in the ROM

Because we all like something that is Vanilla, CyanogenMOD with better Apps2SD, better control and a cleaner ROM?

echo 80 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/up_threshold
echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/ignore_nice_load
echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/powersave_bias

you can put this all in a script to run at boot

Those values are standard values of RC4. I find it easier to set them with SetCPU.

can you, pretty please, post the default kernel also as separate update-zip? For example after testing one kernel and want to go back to previous one, just to flash that kernel and not have to restore from backup.
