I'm sorry Im not sure by what you mean by " sound like the system is overloaded" if you can help clarify I would be happy to.

First off Awesome ROM DHO

And I think he means on YouTube videos or other videos sometimes games, it like a buzzing sound every few minutes its only a split second but can be annoying maybe a DSP manager bug?
Its a strange thing.

Back to try - been using Cyanomod by Infected, but like to experiment so installed the latest nightly July 21, 2014. Seems good so far on battery...sound is working & like the features better than CM. Any issues, I'll report.

EDIT: CAUTION WITH THIS LATEST BETA! I made a nandriod backup of this new dirty overwrite...(had deleted my old May original after backup of this new one after running it for awhile, I decided to back it up --- after the backup and a new reboot it started looping on the new booting image, over and over.) Had to make hard reset to get to TWRP & now am back on CM NIGHTLY as I had no other nandroid image of another Vanir/Commotio. Will attempt again at some future time, but try and find a more stable issue - Is there anything around that is not beta for the v500?. Really like this ROM interface - but now would have to start from a cold start w/nothing...all new & I don't need that!!!

I never got that far in testing. But did check sound - but just on the setting page, I don't play games, but do watch Youtube (but didn't this time)...all else was perfect for me! So I decided to not blow this config and made the nandroid. When TWRP make it - asked for the reboot - then that's when the hang on the boot image occurred. I even did a hard reset and tried it again, but same story with the backup - same hang on boot. :crying: Like I stated in the above post - when they come with a final or possibly a fully tested nightly beta (If there is such a thing), I'll load her up again and do a clean install. It's an excellent looking Rom. Just wished it had worked for me that time. It would probably work with a clean install cleaning out system and all.

I just downloaded the latest Commotio beta/ the July 26th Beta. This time I'll do a very clean install and no dirty overwrite and report this one back.

EDIT: First time I ever had this happen. I did a through clean, but not data format, and then installed the beta rom and a different more current pa-apps mini. On reboot I find that it appeared to have restored from my 'backup' from a gmail account...all my previous apps were shown and my settings were intact and I did not do a dirty overwrite! I saved that image and since it was late last evening shut down by a power off.

This ROM is amazing, so far!! Has the best responding touch screen! Can find not even *one* thing to gripe about. Will try a video & get back about sound.

It doesn't work on mine

If I had the slightest idea of what it is that want, or need, I would be glad to try and help.

I wiped every thing (system,data, cache, dalvik)

I does not however, reboot to system, I just flashed vinar and vinar gapps, I also checked if the zips were damaged but they weren't!

I haven't done anything weird, I just backed up everything up and restored to lrs to make some apks of some apps, and restored back to vinar and installed about 40 apks and rebooted (full) and it just never reboot to system whatever I do even wiped data and wiped everything, same thing happens always, I tried 3 times of flashing zips...

I am now on lrs 2.5

Save *all* your important data, do an advanced wipe by checking first 4 boxes, then format data, flash the ROM with the newest *full-not mini gapps*. Reboot system. If this doesn't work... get a hammer & hit the LG several times while yelling curse words. Then send it back to LG repair & make up a good story for them. (Came like this, etc.) (Last is joke of course!)

What is lrs 2.5 ? Never heard of it.

Also, you should be able to install anything friend, if you do the things I and others have stated for you, *correctly*.
You seem to know your way around these tablets - maybe you have something wrong with your L G Tablet...maybe you really should send it back in for repair if it's still in warranty. I sent this one I have back and it was rooted and they worked on it and said nothing about it being rooted.

Good luck! But do tell me what Irs 2.5 is...I like to flash things...I will try it. Really !!
