Regarding bloat apps: Root the rom by flashing this - superuser update file via cwm then use any root explorer to delete unwanted apps.

How to install?
1. Download the ROM ZIP
2. Put the ZIP on the DEVICE
3. REBOOT TO CWM
4. Make a backup of current rom using Recovery
5. wipe Data / Factory Reset,wipe cache,dalvic cahce,FORMAT SYSTEM.
6. Flash the ROM
7. reboot but it will take long time for first boot.
8. enjoy ​
