Live Wallpaper issue

I gotta say, this is the first ROM that surpassed Kimera in performance! Very smooth, fast and pleasant to use. One thing is the problem, though. Each time weather applications runs in full mode on the homescreen, the lwp vanishes. Also, when I finish the call, it switches wallpaper to the last one set non-animated. Is this a common issue with Rosie or am I missing something here? Can it be that I didn't wipe dalvik(can't do it from AmonRA boot nor through adb!)? Thanks in advance.

Great ROM, in fact the first 2.1 ROM I think I'll actually stick with for day to day use. All the other I tried (LOTS!) had various problems that got in the way of me using the device as a phone... People & Contacts constantly force closing being the main issues.

Quick question though, is there anyway to have the lockscreen wallpaper pull down with the bar like on the old 1.5 ROMs? On this ROM only the unlock bar pulls down, the wallpaper stays still.

EDIT: Also, is there any way to use the HTC widgets when using LauncherPRO? I don't like the stock Android widgets but would be keen to give LauncherPRO a try otherwise.

HTC or sense widgets will only work with sense.

2) I'm using ur OTA Update. Nice idea but i can't find any themes or addons? shouldnt there be kernel updates availeble?

I flashed the ROM and it works great, but when I shutdown/reboot the phone it hangs at the "Hero" screen. I ran adb logcat but it says theres nothing in /system/sys and quits.

I have already flashed it 3 times, wiping everything but the floor to no avail and I can't find anyone else with the same problem.

Perhaps someone here can tell me what am I doing wrong.

It's an unlocked GSM Hero, if that helps.

battery issue after reset

battery dies off really fast if you do a battery reset at 5% in recovery mode (after the rom install)

to check if any dalvik2whatever or apps2something script is working, use adb shell to then cd into /data and run "ls -l".

There's a guide on the villainrom site which explains how to veryify if apps2sd is working with or without dalvik. Obviously for dalvik2sd, you are looking for dalvik cache --> /system/sd/dalvik-cache in the list
