• MAKE A COMPLETE NANDROID BACKUP
• BATTERY MUST BE 80%+ NO EXCEPTIONS
• COMPLETE WIPE TO INCLUDE DALVIK/CACHE
• FLASH THE VISION-X 5.0 ROM
• T-MOBILE KERNEL USED - KT-NOTE4 - KTweaker - 5.0.1 LOCATED HERE
• T-MOBILE USERS NO NEED TO FLASH KERNEL – JUST BOOT
• ALL OTHER DEVICES FLASH A WORKING 5.0 KERNEL
• BOOT ROM – DEODEX VERSION TAKES AT LEAST 15+ MIN TO BOOT
• >>> YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED – AGAIN ROM TAKES 15+ MIN!!!! BE PATIENT, IT WILL BOOT
• SAY 15min 3 times, 15min, 15min, 15min! Wait until screen goes black, continue setup!
• Where it says "EULA &Diagnostic Data" Make sure you select "No Thanks" to the "Consent to provide Diagnostic and usage data" (this is a Samsung prompt)
• IMPORTANT - IF THE PHONE REBOOTS IN THE MIDDLE OF SETUP, JUST SETUP AGAIN - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

• You may get a random reboot, if you do, DEAL WITH IT – limited kernels to work with!
• AFTER IT BOOTS, SETUP AND UPDATE ALL MARKET APPS (IMPORTANT)
• MANUALLY ENTER THE CORRECT APN FOR YOUR DEVICE.
• WIFI IS SEMI-BROKEN - YOU MUST USE A STATIC IP IF YOU CAN NOT CONNECT TO WIFI NORMALLY
• ENJOY!


*** If the rom is hanging while trying to boot, Pull the Battery, Boot to recovery, and MANUALLY FLASH THE KERNEL AGAIN!

Try just flashing first, if it does not boot, follow these steps

The instructions in the OP are for more or less, new people to flash.
For you experienced flashers, this is the Ax’s setup and flash procedure for this rom.
I am sure someone could use this info! If you do not like what I say here, just do not respond to it.
Simple as that! Now let’s start, shall we:

N910T device, ATT service.
Bootloader is NK3 4.4.4
Baseband/Modem is NK3
Recovery: TWRP 2.8.4.0

Wipe the phone 3 times (Dalvik Cache, System, Data, and Cache)
Flash Vision-X 5.0 rom
Important: FLASHING THE KERNEL
Kernel I use is the one included in the rom. (KT-SGS5-LP5.0-TW-G900-01 3.4.0)
Have many 5.0 kernels for your device handy at all times, some work better than others.
Even reverting back to and earlier release of a kernel may work better on on any given device.

Reboot
Wait 12-15min – DO IT, for the best results (I wait until the screen times out)
Select Language, Setup wifi, setup name, setup device name, SKIP ALL OTHER PROMPTS.
Now the phone is at the home screen, setup your google account. REBOOT!
Update Titanium Backup from the market, (A MUST or it will not work properly with Lollipop)
Finish the setup, Debloat the rom to your liking and reboot.
Now update ALL APPS FROM MARKET!!! IMPORTANT!
This rom now is running perfect for me, no problems that I have seen yet! Very Stable!

Now you have a PROBLEM FREE ROM! Enjoy!
It does not get easier than this…..SIMPLE!
