Try fashing the ROM

Bro if ur phone is not booting after the MOTO logo .... Then you may need to flash the ROM again ..... Its the easiest and simple method ... OR. If u have a backup of previous ROM u can restore using TWRP in that case

But I am getting notification to install ota update. Do you recommend this?

Also getting notification to install su binary. U recommend?

No. Don't install the OTA update. You can download it but ​it won't install since you're using a modified system and a custom recovery.
There is no harm in updating su binaries. But if you're doubtful, download the latest zip from SuperSU official site and flash it.

what to do about the update? it keeps restarting my phone and the update doesn't get installed

    Install the apk first then Just flash the latest zip in recovery which must contain sdk23 in the name as it is for marshmallow. Wipe dalvik afterwards.

    For real this is the best ROM configuration. Best performance, best battery life. I tried Mokee, CM 12, CM13, TURBO, resurrection remix, and few other. Some have bugs and lack smoothness or in if they're smooth battery life sucks.
    This modified stock rom works best for me. Thanks Aman bro, great work!! You're making India proud man ??
