I do not have this device sorry. Can try but not be able to test it. So you may brick your device. Plus will do it only if Nougat. No chance for Oreo.

When will it be ready. Waiting anxiously for the rom. Friend you can check the google play application because in beta10 when trying to download applications google play stops.
You have to wait the update of google playstore. Everytime i test, i connect my goggle account go to playstore and download something. Then i wait. I do not include google update as everytime i do it, google dont work anymore.....
In a few hours, upload should be ok as i began a few hours ago (bad connection)

I never used Magisk sorry. Dunno how to do as you should not modify system partition. On Nougat with P10, i had to manually integrate the Atmos file while installing the rom, otherwise same problem as you.

Hello and thanks for a very nice ROM. I am a newbie at flashing phone and custom things but with your nice guidance even I managed to install this nice ROM. I have a question though. Is it possible to unroot this ROM after it's installed? Or to hide root at least. I have tried some different apps now without success, but I am a newbie as I said! I would be very thankful for some info!

But you can unroot using supersu app. Then if you want, use Magisk.
After unrooting with super su app and rebooting, all apps tells me that I am still rooted!

You will find here all informations needed to flash the custom rom provided.
BEFORE ALL
1/ Always make a save of your data. We don't know what might happening even in a simple official update.
2/ Flashing Custom kernel, Custom rom, Root may brick your device. So you're warned.
Latest update: May,08,2018 (Add rom Nougat based B180)
To flash this rom, follow those steps (if already on custom rom, go to step 5):
Step 1: UNLOCK BOOTLOADER (it will erase all your data)
1. Get all needed ADB tools here
2. Go create your huawei id here.
3. Login Emui here to get your unlock code and write it on a txt file.
4. Uncompress the ADB tools in a folder. Open a command prompt here.
Then Press VolDwn while connecting your phone on your PC. It will boot your phone in bootloader mode.
In the command prompt, type: fastboot oem unlock thekeyyougotbefore
Step 2: FLASH STOCK FIRMWARE (optional)
Step 3: UNLOCK BOOTLOADER (only if step 2 done)
* Do the same as Step 1
Step 4: FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY
1. Get TWRP here
2. Enter fastboot mode (hold PwrDown and plug usb cable into PC)
3. flash recovery using the following command in a command prompt: fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-vtr.img
4. Reboot in twrp recovery by holding on VolUp & Power buttons
5. Format /data (necessary step to remove encryption). BE CAREFUL: You will loose all Internal Storage.
Step 5: FLASH CUSTOM ROM (upd#08/05)
Latest: 1.0
IT WILL FORMAT YOUR DATA (not internal storage). SO BACKUP IF NEEDED.
* Odexed rom
* prerooted with SuperSU 2.82
* Almost fully debloated
* Only 1 zip file to flash
* Xposed v89 preinstalled with a few modules
* Nova Launcher replaces Huawei Launcher (deleted)
* a save menu is included in the rom and you choose it or not at 1st start

1/ Put the file on your internal/external SD. Then boot into TWRP to flash.

2Hello, yeah yeah sure it will come. Post is currently under construction. More news next week. All i can say is that this first version is only pure stock. But as i did for the s5neo, i plan an aroma version with many options including debloating, custom kernel....
This version is odexed currently. But as i like decompiling, expect a deodex one.

Finally no Aroma unfortunately as it is a pain in the ass to navigate to select option without touch (not working, we don't see what we do, where the cursors goes).
But if you really want to try, tell me and will make it.
