First and very early impressions after almost a day of daily usage (coming from LOS 18.1).

Everything works fine and I didn't encouter major bugs for now. The only noticeable concern is the optimization (that's pretty obvious and understandable since it's the first release, I'm just pointing out the "problems"): there is quite a bit of lagging in graphics and animations and the overall smoothness is not comparable to LOS 18.1, the unlock animations 8 times on 10 lags, for example. Battery life is not the best too, but I'm using GApps version with battery optimization turned off. Anyway, just for a comparison with the same usage (24h, with Bluetooth and WiFi or Data always on): LOS 18.1 - 70/65% ramaining charge, ArrowOS 12.0 - 45% remaining charge.

I'll use it as my daily ROM because I love Android 12's flavour and design, so I'll certainly give other feedbacks. Really thank you to the Devs and keep up the great work!

I've been using this ROM for 2 days. Pleased with it so far. I can attest to the Chrome crashing issue, but I'm on Firefox Nightly anyway (gotta love add-ons) so it doesn't bother me. Other small issues I've found are the lock screen looking a bit wonky (date too far down, gray text - see the second picture below) compared to what's shown in the "Wallpaper & style" screen (third picture). Also the occasional UI lag, most noticeable when opening/closing the app switch screen while using a more intensive app like a web browser, or when swiping right on the home screen to see the Google Assistant screen.

Well, there's also the keyboard being too far up (guess Google assumes everyone is using bezelless phones nowadays) and the brightness slider requiring an additional swipe down to access instead of just being visible in the regular notifications screen, but those are general Android 12 issues, not ArrowOS-specific.

I'm personally very pleased with the battery life, got 9+ hours of SOT on a single charge, and this is on a 3 year old battery degraded down to 70% according to AccuBattery. The usage consisted of mostly web browsing, Youtube and quite a bit of picture taking, testing out Gcam settings.

Phone won't boot, I tried a dirty Update from v11 and also a wipe
Are you stuck on the ArrowOS screen? If you're using TWRP try selecting "Format Data", that's what worked for me. Assuming you're using TWRP. Also back up all your data as that will wipe your internal storage (but you should have already done that anyway)
