The img file is the recovery. This rom is only officially available through rom manager. Its also officially dead.

Dead ROM, but i use it with the Xionia .010-anykernel kernel, and my phone runs awesomely perfect. You can get it with ROM Manager. When in ROM Manager in menu, choose manually installed clockwork, then clockwork 3xxx, then in phone llist, choose LG Optimus One. At the time the ROM was uploaded, the Optimus V wasn't supported.

I wouldn't use rom manager for anything, anytime I flash a cm7 rom. I delete rom manager. Ciaox has a post on constable recoveries. In next thread I'll provide a link.

If your using a sprint phone there is MUCH better and MORE regularly updated and maintained roms.

Anyone know a minor link to download this rom? the link provide no long working. I'm stuck in in Clockworkmod recovery and no rom in my phone. i can't update newest rom because newest rom need a update different recovery
