Wi-Fi issue

First, I want to thank you for supporting my phab plus device. (PB1 770M)
I've installed this ROM build 0810 with the latest TWRP which you offered.
But I have one big problem connecting Wi-Fi.
I can scan Wi-Fi SSIDs but cannot actually connect to Wi-Fi. They are just saved to my Wi-Fi lists.
Can I get any idea to solve this problem?

(I read you wrote about MAC read issue, but I'm not an expert, I just guess this can be related to my issue)

I plan on remaking all the sources, so this rom is abandoned.
