[ROM][WIP]MIUI V4 for Galaxy 551

Sorry Friends but I have stoped updating the MIUI V4 until there is a stable Cyanogenmod 9 because no one is going to use buggy and slow rom for daily use.But I will try to give some update zips of resized apps and widgets.And I am working on the launcher this time.


Yes ,MIUI v4 now available for galaxy 551.

It's in ALPHA stage

-rom boots

-Every bug present in cyanogenmod 9 by WillingMagic is still in miui rom

-launcher is buggy

-flip clock buggy

-slow rom

-usb works

-tethering through usb is not available

If you get stuck at GT-I5510
then flash the attached kernel through ODIN

Requirements:-
-Gingerbread bootloader [Any GB rom]
-Clockwork mod by WillingMagic

flash zip in cwm

THEME FIX
To enable themes create a new folder named "theme" without quotes in
/data/system
then reboot


Please uncheck the lockscreen in theme manager while applying any theme.
If you want lockscreen theme then install milocker 1.4.2 from market and apply lockscreen theme from there

Reason is that you will have resolution issues if you apply through theme manager

Just tested the GB version and it is awesome.

It is unusable however, because the calling is buggy...
The listener ramdomly can't hear me...

-> Ignorance of mine, using sanity the problem is gone, just like cyanogen...

Also the dialpad is too big...

-> Using another dialer should do
Other than that it appears that it works great.
For an alpha0 version it looks great!

PS.: Used all day, no force close or anything.

even if i update this rom no one is gonna use it because lots of bugs in cm9 like microphone bug but i will try to update this when cm9 alpha 4 get released and miui gb when next cm7 releases

Miui v4 is based on ics hence i stopped working for it

Truely I only know how to theme a apk by png and xml (for example-my "ICS CALLISTO")
I just replaced miui "app" , "framework" and "media" folder with cm9 of willingmagic
and resised some of miui apks.

ajay.al's miui gb is better in every aspect than my miui gb
so go for it.
