ROM with working wifi tethering?

Found a rom with working wifi tethering.

Then scroll down to post 2 & click where it says ocarinaz64's PAC builds. download the most recent post, which i believe is in 2015.. that's the one you want. that rom is working very well. no stability issues, all features work.
