SlimRoms is a custom android operating system. The main goal is to offer users a slimmed down but still feature rich alternative to other android operating systems.
The entire SlimTeam work together to bring you this tailor-made beauty straight from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) source code.
All of the sources can be publicly viewed through GitHub and you can stop by the public Gerrit to submit patches of any type.

SlimLP is the project name for SlimRoms based on Android 5.0 Lollipop and offers the following original features:

• Privacy guard
  • Disable unnecessary permissions set by app developers. - Privacy is part of the experience.
• Slim Center [WIP]
  • Downloads, contact information, system app removal. - More fun than you can shake a stick at.
• System-Wide Keyboard Controls
  • Rotation, cursor control, optional emoticons..etc. - You'll be tapping away to your heart's content.
• Custom Shortcuts [WIP]
  • Hardware keys, Navigation Ring, Navigation Bar, Lockscreen, Tiles, Notifications etc. - Customize it the way you like it.

I love love love stock (mainly because console mode), but...I dont think I'll be able to handle Slim's temptation. Great work, will try later!

PS: I dont have LTE model, so I cant test data for you
PS2: I cant download wifi rom. Im getting a 403.

Don't have a controller, so I have no way of testing it. Should be the same nvidia capabilities as the other cm/aosp based roms. Haven't stumbled on to anything that doesn't work that's stock android. Haven't had anyone comment on LTE, so I don't know about that.

I'm from Russia. Thank You!!! For their excellent work in creating a wonderful software for nvidia shield LTE 32Gb!!! Installed last night. Everything works great!!! Works perfectly: the mobile Internet (LTE), Wi-Fi, and everything else as You promised! Thanks again! Waiting for new firmware!!!

Major bug. Tried to install doom 3 bfg edition from play store, says device incompatible. I've tried bliss, slim, temasek. Also tried tkgapps, delta, banks, and slim gapps, on all these roms, All fresh wipes and installs. Also tried stock kernels and bito kernels on all. The only way to get doom 3 bfg edition (and I have to assume other games\apps as well) to be seen as compatible is stock ota 3.

I love how lightweight this rom is! Having some issues though, cant read/write to my sd card. Tried foldermount, but it wont auto fix the issue. Help?

I dont think is a "major bug". Its just a play store requierement set by NVidia for you to download Doom 3 BFG.
