Hi ! Been afk for a while due to personnal life...got internet connection back ;-) and am ready to work on this rom...
A big thank to wo88les to have been here and for his amazing work.
Working on a free bug version based on Achotjan v2...2 versions are comming: ftf file ready to flash with flashtool including ferakernel for unlockbootloader only and for locked bootloader a version in xrecovery backup ready to restore... :-D
Please thank wo88les as much as you can for what he did ;-)

Found a bug: Some apps don't appear in the launcher, but i have it installed.

The same for me

and force stop on start:
-TB - solved, removed from data/app/ TB .odex files, reinstall
-AudioManager Pro - solved, removed from data/app/ TB .odex files, reinstall
-Kaspersky Mobile - solved, reinstall
-Advanced Task Killer - solved, reinstall

-Hidden Apps from home launcher menu - still progress ??? any ideas ??? (at the bottom of the screen you can see the place(marked on red) where the icons are hidded.

v8.4 is a 4x4 launcher and 8.3 was 5x4 I think there's a balls up somewhere making it still think its 5x4 Launcher

I try to install new launcher but after the change permission to xx, x, x stock on xperia logo on start.
I installed all over again: 2.3.3 base>X10s v8.0 next 8.2>8,3 and fix 8,4. Now everything ok. I think

Goto settings / applications / all and clear app cache and data and try it again please

try entering xRecovery and doing a FIX PERMISSIONS after setting permissions to rw-r--r-- in the last menu????

Please read this whole post carrefully even if it's long and take time ....

Features / Changelog :

- Based on Achotjan's Remplacement Rom V2

- Including Ferakernel for both bootloader

- New notification bar / toggle bar (Thanks Nielneal for his work)

- mms receiving fully working, no more semc.android.phone FC

- Easy install : FTF file to flash for Unlocked bootloader, Nandroid backup for locked bootloader

- Addon to flash with Aroma installer for both Bootloader

- No need to flash kernel / wifi module as they are include

Requirement

- Xperia X10i/a rooted

- 2.1.71 baseband

- For unlocked bootloader user, Flashtool 0.8.5.0 or above


- For locked bootloader users be sure to have xrecovery installed


How to install :

Unlocked bootloader users

Watch ftf flashing tutorial from Wo88les (Thanks !!!)

1) Download the ftf file here

2) Place the file in Flashtool/firmwares on your PC

3) Start Flashtool and connect your device

4) Select the file and check no final verification (see png attached)

5) Follow flashing procedure

6) Once done, turn on the phone and enter xrecovery to flash addonzip if you want to

Locked bootloader users

1) Download this file

2) On your sdcard find the Xrecovery/backup folder and place the zip in

3) Unzip the downloaded file

the name of the created folder must be 2012-07-20.21.29.31

4) Reboot your phone in Xrecovery

5) In backup / restore menu, select "restore" then select "2012-07-20.21.29.31"

6) If you want addon, no need to reboot phone, "follow addon" installation guide

Addon installation

Working for locked and unlocked bootloader

1) Download X10sV9addon.zip

2) Place it on your sd-card

3) in Recovery manually mount system and data (partition tools menu)

4) Wipe cache partition and dalvik cache

5) Select x10sV9addon.zip and follow instructions
