i'am testing also this rom, what is the notification app in russian "waiting for network" ? i cannot disable this notification...someone can help me ?

Settings>additional settings>language & input>text to speech output>Download>manually stop downloading in of Russian/pyccn language.

I have 3 questions:
-all miui roms change the mac id of the wifi.
-gcams record videos only in HD.
-when the Camera2 API module is enabled, whatsapp and duo freeze several times. and this happens to me in all roms, not only with the miui rom.

yes, from fastboot mode reboot to recovery again using Power and Vol+. then flash ros miui again without any wipe. everything will be OK

You choose the language when you first enter the system.... You have a choice of languages.

Since you already have it setup. Follow the instructions from this link. Just count the items.... You have the photos as a reference.. Easy.

Language is not my main issue. After flashing, the first thing that comes up on the screen is prompting me to put a sort of pin or password to unlock the phone
