Thanks... I finally able to side load apps.. enjoying those apps and comparing w Andorid apps... there are pros and cons.

Im still bit reluctant to move to MANGO yet, till all settle down for couple of days, since I will loose all my apps with fresh install.. or is it possible to just upgrade to MANGO from this ROM??

Any apps to check for battery drains??

thanks

Hey...same here. Sticking with nodo until Mango with enabled tethering shows up. Dual booting with Android for the sole purpose of tethering and maps + nav at this point. Back to your question though. Below is the link to XDA thread with archive of usable tools in the very first post. HTC Battery Tool is the answer to your question then ;).

Hope you can use this to your advantage.

Hi guys, im gunna be very nooby cuz I don't own a HD2 but am looking to buy one. What flaws are there in running WP7 on a HD2? I saw there was multitouch problem before (dont know whether that's solved), camera (I dual boot android for this issue) and apparently too loud sound? is there any more? Also, how long do you guys think development will last for HD2? reply would be much appreciated. thanks in advance :D

I wouldn't recommend to buy HD2 at all!!! First - there are some possible hardware problems with HD2 - overheating and reboots(on some particular phones cold solder of CPU you don't know when you buy - heat cause reboot or freeze), digitizer problem - may stop working over time because hardware buttons push to digitizer cable.
WP7 on HD2 has bugs unlikely solved(drivers) - multitouch, camera, battery reporting and some more minors. With Mango you can't do dual boot Android(at least now).
Development for WP7 HD2 will not last too long beacuse of many reasons.
If you have it already and it is working -- than good for some experiments, but to buy now -- noo..(many people will not agree with me)
Android is way better and more open OS than WP7. I used both OS and had two HD2(one sold, one now left, but broken digitizer - going to fix and sell). If you realy like WP7 buy real WP7 device.

You can dual boot Mango and Android, I do it and so do plenty of other people. I don't think development will stop anytime soon for this phone because of some really avid devs. Just my $.02

Yes you are right recently it become possible to dual boot with Mango, but why need to do that. Android works better from NAND and HD2 works better with Android(still not everything perfect even with Android on HD2). There is nothing special you can do on WP7 that can't be done on Android. Also with WP7 on HD2 a lot of bigs with drivers. So with HD2 you will have phone which is not working perfectly on WP7 and Android(realy small problems, but exists) - both. HD2 is good for experiments - like always flashing and flashing something. But if someone want to have real experience of WP7 perfectly working they just should know they won't have it on HD2. They need to buy real WP7 device. Actualy i will say the same for Android.
I know couple of people who bought HD2 because they think it doesn't have problem with WP7 and Android and now very upset. So it is just warning for some.
