^^^^ Agreed between the aosp roms Xs and miui are the best ones out there I think all the Sense devs put out some amazing work Sense is just to bulky of a rom for me I like flashing smaller files through recovery everything is quicker

for all people on here looking for a rom to swap to that has excellent support and is being updated use this rom:

and use the FAUX kernel..OMFG...if you thought this rom was fast...flash my suggestion!! im getting boots in half the time of this rom and usability if WAY faster

If you like the ICS theme from this rom, I have created my own version that I have fully working and running now. it is a blend of the ICS theme, Some parts of the beast rom, and a lot of work that i did on my HD2 with some elements of hyperdroid by pongster thrown in for a laugh!!

If people are interested i will upload, if no interest i will not bother to post it up!

HyperSensation is great, but Xboarder's AOSP+CM rom is excellent also. They share many similarities, yet they are different.

I personally don't think it's right to be telling people to go to other roms just yet since this rom is still very robust and new. Sure we are all sad to see Xboarder leave, but some still might want to discuss about it or even carry it on. Out of respect we should not judge his work or how a developer should be. There are only so many AOSP/CM roms around so I'm sure people can decide what they want. Just my two cents.

Hi,

Did you read the first line of what i wrote? it said "For people looking to jump rom"

Irrespective of the rom being robust, it is not supported and no more development on it, i merely offered a different option to this rom because it is similar in many ways but also faster and IMO more stable...

yes there are many CM7/AOSP out there but few are actually good...

yes there are many CM7/AOSP out there but few are actually good...

one other thing, WTF are you on about judging his work...if you post in the public domain, people will compare it with alternatives...

fact...hypersensation eats this rom in a benchmark...END

Possibly true, but if I had my choice I would stay here.... But we don't have a choice and hyper is an excellent rom in its own right. Bravo to both devs and both of you guys who both have very valid points. I've run all 3 cm based roms, and they are all great and very similar.... I'm sorry to see X leave, but I'm excited about the future possibilities for development of the phone as it still stacks up well against recently released and soon to be released products.
